The Alaska Court System is seeking dependable and organized individuals to serve as bailiffs. This important role supports the court’s mission of delivering fair and efficient justice. As a bailiff, you will be responsible for escorting jurors in and out of the courtroom before, during, and after trials. You’ll help maintain the integrity of the deliberation process by ensuring that jurors are not contacted or influenced by outside parties. In addition, you will assist with coordinating meals, lodging, and transportation for jurors when necessary, and you’ll accompany them to meals and provide support for basic, personal errands as needed.
