About The Position

This role is responsible for the operation and maintenance of several baghouses in accordance with plant policies and environmental regulations. The position also involves maintaining CEM (Continuous Emission Monitoring) systems and collaborating with other departments and contractors to schedule and execute shutdown maintenance work. A key aspect of this role is driving all components of TCOS (Take Control of Safety), including high-risk exposures and PSIF initiatives/management. Additionally, the role requires coverage for vacations and outages.

Requirements

• Good understanding of electrical, pneumatics, preventative maintenance practices, MS Office
• Must pass a mechanical aptitude test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
• Basic math and reading skills
• Self-directed, with attention to details
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Pass a Spiro exam / fit testing for a respirator
• Ability to work from heights
• Basic welding and machining experience
• Strong teamwork focus
