About The Position
The Bagging Operator is responsible for having a full understanding of the operation and grain flow within the mill, leading bag operations of birdseed and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production. This role also aids in maintaining a positive and productive work environment while documenting all required information for SF/SF compliance.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Forklift certification

Responsibilities
- Operate auto bagging line.
- Assist with small packaging.
- Manage bag inventory.
- Manage bagged orders through easy automation.
- Transfer inventories to Merchant Ag.
- Documentation of all products bagged.
- Maintain work area in a neat, clean and organized manner.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Follow all established SOP's, GMP's and regulatory requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols.
