About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of English, including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage.
• Ability to multitask and assist guests with questions.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work any shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries efficiently and according to proper bagging techniques.
• Assist guests to their vehicles and unload their purchases.
• Conduct store-wide sweeps and bathroom checks.
• Help maintain the appearance of the entire store.
• Assist guests in finding items throughout the store.
• Respond to cleanup calls.
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot.
