This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. Key duties include placing customer purchases into bags, placing filled bags in carts, and carrying customer purchases to cars. The role also requires retrieving carts from the parking lot, picking up paper and debris in the store, parking lot, and from carts, stocking bags on check stands, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and returning merchandise left at check-out to shelves. Additional tasks include reading and understanding shelf tags, verifying prices of merchandise, and performing other duties as assigned by store management.
