This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. Key duties include placing customer purchases into bags, placing filled bags in carts, and carrying customer purchases to cars. The role also requires retrieving carts from the parking lot, picking up litter in and around the store, stocking bags, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and returning returned merchandise to shelves. Additional tasks include reading and understanding shelf tags and verifying merchandise prices. Other duties may be assigned by store management.
