The purpose of the Bagger/ Placer Operator position is to operate bagger and bag placer in a safe and productive manner in order to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Requires the ability to read, write and perform basic math on a High School level.
• Verbal communication skills with comprehension skills are required.
• Must work with minimal supervision (self-directed) and function as a productive team member.
• Must be able to comply with verbal and written work instructions and perform to meet production requirements.
• Must have good listening and verbal communications skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of working machinery is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bagger to fill customer orders.
• Calibrate scales to fit ISO requirements.
• Keep records of shift production.
• Work cooperatively in a team related environment.
• Work in a safe manner, keeping the work area clean.
• Other duties as required and assigned.
