About The Position

As a Bagger Operator, you will be a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes to add value and quality to raw materials and create high-quality final products. This role involves operating machinery and equipment, and packaging the final product. You will be part of a member-owned co-op within the Dairy Food business, which focuses on creating dairy products and improving production processes. Land O’Lakes is a Fortune 250, farmer-owned agriculture and food manufacturing cooperative, headquartered near the Twin Cities with a global presence.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

• Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process

• Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
