Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
• Must be able to drive a motorized vehicle in a safe and professional manner.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual highly desirable.
• One year experience as a Bell Person at a major hotel preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional transportation of luggage and any items that need to be stored.
• Perform duties asked by a Bell-Captain/Supervisor.
• Ensure courteous, prompt, and consistent luggage assistance is provided to all guests.
• Inspect tags on baggage to ensure that baggage is routed to designated location.
• Ensure that items are gridded correctly and handled in a professional and safe manner.
• Must be able to drive a motorized vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform other related duties as required.
