About The Position

The Highlands is looking for new Bag Staff to join our team. In this role, you will provide prompt and professional service while assisting players with their equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering general questions about the courses on the property. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, allowing you ample time to enjoy the many perks of working at the resort!

Requirements

You are at least 16 years old
You must have a valid Driver's License
You are available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of golf etiquette is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Greeting and interacting with all guests in a friendly, outgoing, and professional manner
Assisting guests with equipment and course information
Assisting guests with the cleaning of clubs at end of the round
Maintaining carts and cart barn area
Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility
Loading/unloading bags for guests
Setting up, maintaining, restocking, and cleaning the golf range
Running range picker and cleaning golf balls
