ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Provides services behind the counter: baggage handling, transfer of baggage and oversize transfers, assistance in the processing and transport of passenger luggage. Guarantees the service to the client's airlines / airports in accordance with the contracts and within the agreed budget level. Complies with customer service skills as provided via training Fully trained and familiar with the procedures behind counter management, aviation safety, security procedures, and safety procedures of Grupo Eulen Other duties as assigned
