About The Position

The Bag Runner provides essential services behind the counter, including baggage handling, transfer of baggage, and assistance in the processing and transport of passenger luggage. This role guarantees service to the client's airlines/airports in accordance with contracts and within the agreed budget. The Bag Runner must comply with customer service skills as provided via training and be fully trained and familiar with procedures behind counter management, aviation safety, security procedures, and safety procedures of Grupo Eulen.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift 70lbs or more
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time.
• Be able to maintain customer service professionalism while under pressure and stressful environment
• Ask passengers if they are in possession of any of the following items: knives, cutting instruments of any kind, box cutters, carpet cutters, folding or retractable blades of any size or composition, etc
• Stand for several hours at a time.
• Must be able to read airline boarding pass
• Always be professional in appearance and manners to passengers and any other person with the airport
• Must pass all pre-employment requirements and those to obtain an Aiport ID with a seal
• Must have schedule flexibility for the weekend, holiday, night shift
• The ability to pass a drug test and TSA fingerprint background check.
