About The Position
Beechmont Country Club is seeking a Golf Bag Room Attendant to join their golf operations team. This role is responsible for managing the golf cart fleet, bag room, and driving range, reporting directly to the Golf Outside Operations Manager/Caddie Master.
Requirements
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the people
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Must be able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the game of golf preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Performs opening procedure for the Bag Room & Cart barn
- Remove golf bag from car and transport them to the bag racks
- Retrieves golf carts from cart storage areas
- Cleans golf clubs and carts daily
- Sets up for daily member play, regular tee times, groups & outings
- Checks in and out guest golf equipment, cleans guest/rental clubs
- Keeps a fresh supply of clean towels available and keeps divot sand holders filled
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
