About The Position
The Back Waiter provides fast, friendly guest service, supports dining room operations, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- TIPS certification required before starting.
- Friendly and professional with guests and coworkers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
- Able to provide efficient food and beverage service.
Nice To Haves
- Food service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guests.
- Bus, clean, and reset tables.
- Provide courteous and professional service.
- Follow alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of menus and offerings.
- Clean and restock workstations, glassware, silverware, and linens.
- Assist with dining room setup, breakdown, and special events.
- Set up and maintain beverage stations.
- Support inventory and service preparation tasks.
