About The Position

This position is for a Backup Operator working the 7 PM to 7 AM shift on the D TEAM. The fundamental responsibility of this role is to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all listed duties. The role involves operating the blow molder and downstream components, cleaning molds, assisting with changeovers, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds continuously, perform tasks involving lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting, and possess the cognitive and mental ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Training on blow mold basics will be provided through a 6-week Operator Training Course, with evaluations at 3, 6, and periodic intervals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds continuously throughout the shift
• Work involves continuous lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting
• Willingness to be trained on blow mold basics (6 wk. Operator Training Course)
• Cognitive and mental ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities
