About The Position

This is a full-time, temporary position for a Backup Forklift Operator. The role involves supporting the primary Forklift Operator as needed and performing various warehouse duties. The working shift is the day shift, with hours from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, though these hours may vary depending on production needs. A pre-employment drug test is required for this position.

Requirements

• Must be flexible with working schedule
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs on a regular basis
• Must have good communications skills
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours
• Must have Forklift driving experience
• Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision
• Must be able to high stack
• Must have or have the ability to obtain a Forklift Certification
• Must be able to read English to read instructions and perform essential duties

Responsibilities

• Backup for Forklift Operator as needed
• Ensure culls/rot/processors are properly transported to appropriate areas
• Recovering box lids
• Assemble boxes
• Ensure supplies are returned to appropriate areas
• Cleanup area
• Other duties may be assigned
