About The Position

The Expeditor is responsible for coordinating and distributing daily workflow by applying established processes. They effectively deploy resources to achieve company goals.

Requirements

Experience coordinating and distributing daily workflow.
Ability to apply established processes.
Skill in deploying resources to achieve company goals.
Proficiency in monitoring restock volume and order numbers.
Capability to estimate job completion times accurately.
Strong communication skills for daily interaction with leadership and coworkers.
Ability to train and coach employees on production guidelines, techniques, and safety.
Experience interacting with other business units.
Adaptability to changing priorities and management of multiple tasks/projects.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibility for inspecting and maintaining assigned equipment.
Willingness to operate powered lift equipment (if required).

Responsibilities

Monitor volume of restock and number of orders to efficiently assign tasks to warehouse employees.
Understand internal processing schedules and accurately estimate time to complete the job.
Communicate daily with leadership and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow through the department.
Train and coach employees on production guidelines, techniques and safety.
Interact with other business units throughout the company to achieve goals.
Adapt and change priorities easily and manages multiple tasks/projects as necessary.
Complete tasks efficiently while working independently with minimal supervision.
Inspect assigned equipment daily at start of shift; responsible for checking out equipment and returning in same condition on a daily basis.
May be required to operate powered lift equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned
