TJ Maxx is looking for individuals with availability starting at 5:00 am and requiring Saturday and Sunday availability for truck processing to join their morning truck stocking team. The ideal candidate will have an availability window preferably from 5 am to 2 pm. This role is responsible for supporting the backroom process, which includes breaking down and sorting new merchandise from the truck, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and learning the sales floor and merchandising aspects to support getting merchandise out to the sales floor. The position offers opportunities for career growth and involves delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store. The role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles customer transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. The associate will accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery, and maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store. They will provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support shrink reduction and safety awareness goals. Other duties may be assigned.
