About The Position

We are looking to add new talent to our morning truck stocking team. We are looking for individuals with an availability window preferably from 5am-2pm. Responsible for supporting our backroom process, breaking down and sorting new merchandise from the truck, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and learning the salesfloor and merchandising aspect to support getting merchandise out to the salesfloor. Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

Requirements

Availability requirement starts at 5:00 am
Requires Saturday and Sunday availability for truck process
Availability window preferably from 5am-2pm
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Capable of multi-tasking
Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
Works effectively with peers and supervisors

Breaking down and sorting new merchandise from the truck

Participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
