About The Position

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Backhoe Operator to operate backhoe equipment for excavation, trenching, and site preparation. The role involves working safely and efficiently, following project specifications and safety standards, and collaborating with the project team. The operator also performs routine equipment maintenance and inspections, keeps the worksite organized, reports hazards or equipment issues, and assists with other construction duties as assigned. Competitive pay is based on experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backhoe Operator in construction or related industries.
• Knowledge of excavation methods, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow strict safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism on site.
• Physical stamina to operate heavy machinery and perform manual labor as needed.

• Valid operator certification or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe machinery for excavation and trenching according to project specifications.
