Enterprise - Part-time Backend Software Engineer - Agile, AWS, Jira

We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise on backend development, supporting development and execution of test procedures for software components, and generating technical documentation. This is a part-time position up to 16 hours a week and this position may allow for partial telework.
Requirements
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
- Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting development and execution of test procedures for software components
- Experience generating technical documentation
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
- Experience with the following technologies: Git, Java, C++, or Python, Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), SQL
