Backend Node Developer
About The Position
As a back-end developer, you know that a good site or system needs the right combination of clean code, APIs, analytics, and infrastructure to develop a user-focused solution. We’re looking for a back-end developer with the software engineering skills it takes to help identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient and effective systems for our clients. As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to help deliver solutions. Using your software engineering skills, you’ll work with and learn from the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability. Join us. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods
- 1+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
- 1+ years of experience with Node Express or NestJS backend development
- Experience with Database Design, including MongoDB or SQL
- Experience with container and container orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience engaging with customers to interpret requirements and architect solutions
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with programming in modern JavaScript frameworks, such as VueJS, React, or Angular
- Experience integrating AI into development practices
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with Keycloak
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
