About The Position

This role involves developing innovation strategies, processes, and best practices. The Backend Engineer will drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, ensuring business objectives are met. Key responsibilities include leading the discovery phase of medium to large projects for high-level design, leading a small team of 3-4 engineers on assigned projects, and participating in end-to-end service implementations, data feed ingestion, and orchestration. The role also requires designing and implementing low-latency services, promoting company policies and values, and troubleshooting business and production issues.
