About The Position

This role focuses on developing innovation strategies, processes, and best practices. The Backend Engineer will drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, ensuring business objectives are met. The position involves leading the discovery phase of medium to large projects, including high-level design, and guiding a small team of 3 to 4 engineers on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include end-to-end service implementations, data feed ingestion, orchestration, and designing/implementing low-latency services. The role requires promoting company policies and values, and troubleshooting business and production issues.

Requirements

• Experience in developing innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to drive the execution of business plans and projects.
• Experience in leading the discovery phase of projects and creating high-level designs.
• Experience leading small teams of engineers.
• Experience in end-to-end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.
• Experience designing and implementing low latency services.
• Ability to troubleshoot business and production issues.
