Requirements

Solid experience and passion for software engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
4+ years of backend experience in Node.js / Java / Python or similar
Proficiency with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or others)
Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable and high-performance complex distributed systems
Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and development velocity
Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high coding standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a highly talented and fast-moving engineering team, building and scaling products that directly impact patients’ access to care.
As a backend engineer, you’ll design, implement, and optimize complex, high-scale systems — combining deep technical ownership with hands-on development in a cloud-native environment.
You’ll work with a modern stack (Node.js, AWS, and other leading technologies) and use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Your role will include designing new product capabilities from the ground up, evolving existing architectures, and driving end-to-end solutions — from technical design to production rollout.
You’ll collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and data experts to shape the next generation of TailorMed’s platform.
