We are currently searching for a Backend Engineer (Golang) to join our team. The challenges for this role involve building a new version of an existing internal payment service that supports a high-traffic project. This is a greenfield project with no legacy code or outdated decisions, offering a fresh start from scratch.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Golang.
  • Ability to take a feature from idea to production with monitoring.
  • Responsibility for own results without passing them on.
  • Business-oriented thinking, solving business needs.
  • Ability to understand context independently and explain technical solutions.
  • Experience with architecture as a practical application, not just theory.

Responsibilities

  • Build a new version of an existing internal payment service.
  • Take ownership of features from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Think from a business perspective, solving business needs rather than just technical tasks.
  • Independently understand context, explain technical decisions, and guide implementation.
  • Quickly and effectively enhance service functionality with Go expertise.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and practices.
