About The Position

We are a growing national service company seeking a dependable and motivated Backup Transfer Truck Driver-CLASS B/ Warehouse Associate to join our PM shift team. This role is essential to supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution activities within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate a 26-foot box truck when needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. CLASS B REQUIRED!
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and warehouse technology.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel overnight when required.
Ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute distribution activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned or damaged goods, and related administrative tasks.
Ensure shipping schedules are met, and customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
Receive, unload, stage, and organize inbound and outbound shipments.
Verify all inbound and outbound paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Count, verify, and document inventory entering and leaving the facility.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
Optimize dock space utilization and warehouse organization.
Complete required reports and records accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and security.
Monitor equipment and facility conditions and report issues as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
Operate a 26-foot box truck as needed to support transfer and distribution activities. CLASS B REQUIRED!
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
