About The Position

The Caregiver Support Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the caregiver workforce. This role owns critical payroll, compliance, and onboarding workflows, ensuring caregivers are accurately set up, paid, and supported. The position requires a highly organized, process-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple competing priorities without missing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Audit, reconcile, and approve W-2 timesheets
  • Enter bonus and pay-for-performance data into Workday
  • Process and approve all caregiver expense reports
  • Track background check renewals and update status across systems
  • Verify Certification documents and update credentials across all systems
  • Support caregiver onboarding and offboarding across all systems and trackers
  • Process caregiver terminations in Workday, Trusted, and Master Tracker
  • Track full-time and part-time guaranteed availability and pay eligibility
  • Handle inbound and outbound caregiver communications within shared inbox
  • Maintain and update Master Tracker, Trusted platform, CSR, Workday
  • Pull reports and manipulate data to support operational needs
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation improvements
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Supervisors
  • Enforce process requirements with caregivers and supervisors
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams
