This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the P-Card, Travel Card, Fuel Card and Declining Balance programs to provide an efficient, effective, and accountable method for making purchases in compliance with state and GRDA Policies and Procedures. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Performs monthly audits on at least 30% of Declining Balance transactions in the Works system. Follow up monthly on exceptions to obtain missing information and/or documentation to be uploaded into Works. Provide transaction documentation and other information when requested by GRDA management or during an audit. Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure that user access rights are set appropriately within the Works system in accordance with HR listing of GRDA personnel. Monthly exit checklists are completed by the end of each month. Will perform the duties of ComData Administrator. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of GRDA’s ComData fleet vehicle program. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance practices.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze transaction data and identify discrepancies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial or ERP systems (e.g., Workday or similar HRIS/financial systems).
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and up to 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident.

Nice To Haves

  • State Certified Procurement Officer (CPO) preferred or must obtain within first year of employment.
  • Required to obtain 24 hours of continuing education in a 2-year period to retain CPO.
