The Busser/Back Server will need to have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position. Employee will be required to multi-task while assisting servers and bartenders with bar preparation (before, during and after shift), delivering food, refilling water, cleaning, stocking product, re-stocking ice, cleaning/re-stocking glassware, and changing kegs. Candidates also should have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Busser/Back Servers interact with guests, servers and bartenders in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.

Requirements

A minimum of one year of previous serving, bussing or back server experience
Ability to take direction and help service staff, bartenders and managers serve guests.
Must be available nights and varied days as business dictates
Must be 18 years of age or older
A valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required
Ability to multi task and move quickly
Ability to lift 25+ pounds
Sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge
