About The Position
The Daily Catch is hiring Bussers for their new restaurant opening in Pasadena. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and able to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the service team and helps ensure a clean, efficient, and positive guest experience. The Daily Catch, founded in 1973 in Boston’s North End, is a family-owned Sicilian seafood and pasta institution known for authentic East Coast flavors and craftsmanship. With three Boston restaurants and a seafood wholesale business, they are bringing their heritage to the West Coast with their first California location, opening in Pasadena in Spring 2026. They will be serving fresh New England seafood flown in multiple times per week and prepared with classic Sicilian recipes.
Requirements
- 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork mindset with good communication skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
- Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and supporting guest needs during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
- Refill and restock service areas (glassware, utensils, napkins) throughout the shift
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service
