About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Back Server to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our guests during their visit with us by serving the tables in a designated section alongside a Service Professional, taking beverage orders for the section, delivering beverages in a timely fashion, managing your running side work, and assisting in resolving customer issues. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Answer questions about beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Take beverage orders from guests and enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
Deliver beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
Maintain clean service areas.
Maintain the section by manicuring the table, arranging and delivering table presets, and upkeeping beverage service.
Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by management.
