The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a CUT Back Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The CUT Back Server reports to the General Manager of CUT. Work Authorization for the location is required. Responsibilities

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.
Aid front servers in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items.
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
Transport food from the kitchen to the outlet in an efficient and accurate manner.
Assist Front Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet.
Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
Assemble table and place settings to ensure that they are always clean, safe, and orderly.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
