About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring a full-time Back Office Supervisor (Lead RDA) for its Grossmont office in La Mesa, California. The role supports the company’s vision of providing accessible, exceptional, lifelong oral healthcare and contributes to patient care, operational and clinical excellence, accountability, relationship-building, and innovative approaches that support patients and teams. The listed pay range is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant (required)
• Valid healthcare provider CPR/BLS certificate
• Strong organizational skills
