About The Position

The Back Office Specialist works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for the back-end business operations for the assigned clinic to improve coordination of care with patients, internal CBI programs, and external entities. Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the healthcare field required.
  • Must have knowledge of AHCCCS, insurance, and strong customer service skills.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-115 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
