About The Position

The Back Office Specialist works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for the back-end business operations for the assigned clinic to improve coordination of care with patients, internal CBI programs, and external entities. Requirements

Highschool diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the healthcare field required.
Must have knowledge of AHCCCS, insurance, and strong customer service skills.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-115 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.

Nice To Haves

Associates degree or higher preferred.
