We�re thrilled to announce the opening of Missouri Kids Dental (Joplin), a brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice supported by Kids Dental Brands. As the Back Office Manager, you�ll play a key leadership role at the office level, overseeing and supporting all back-office team members. Requirements
- Must hold a CDA or RDA certification
- 4+ years as a Dental Assistant or 2+ years as a Back Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
- Responsible for the operational readiness of the clinical section of the office
- Assist the Front Office Manager in optimizing efficiency of the office to better serve patients
- Order dental supplies and manage inventory
- Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
- Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
- Define team roles and responsibilities and ensure progress toward goals
- Guide all patients through the before and after treatment process
- Train and develop back-office staff
