We�re thrilled to announce the opening of Missouri Kids Dental (Joplin), a brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice supported by Kids Dental Brands. Our mission is simple: to deliver high-quality, compassionate dental care to children in a fun and welcoming environment. As the Back Office Manager, you�ll play a key leadership role at the office level, overseeing and supporting all back-office team members. Requirements

  • Must hold a CDA or RDA certification
  • 4+ years as a Dental Assistant or 2+ years as a Back Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
  • Responsible for the operational readiness of the clinical section of the office
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in optimizing efficiency of the office to better serve patients
  • Order dental supplies and manage inventory
  • Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
  • Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
  • Define team roles and responsibilities and ensure progress toward goals
  • Guide all patients through the before and after treatment process
  • Train and develop back-office staff
