About The Position

7 Leaves Café is seeking a passionate and dedicated Drink Cook to join their team. This role is central to the business, responsible for the creation, quality, proper storing, and packaging of all signature coffee and tea beverages. The Drink Cook will work closely with store management and the back-of-house kitchen to ensure proper production and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
Proficiency with technology/computer systems (i.e. Excel, attendance system, ordering system, etc.).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage bakery operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking.
Eagerness to learn and build on constructive feedback.

Nice To Haves

Undergo a comprehensive out-of-state training program for 8-10 weeks, covering industry essentials, company culture, and managerial best practices. All expenses will be covered by the company.

Responsibilities

Develop a familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes, preparation times, and measurements to produce coffee and teas for stores.
Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, including company and state guidelines, to ensure product safety and quality.
Regularly inventory and order supplies to ensure adequate stock and prepare ingredients according to company specifications.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during regular, high-volume, or additional order requests from supervisors.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with upper management and team members to address any foreseeable or sudden issues, such as damages or faulty products.
Report to work on time for scheduled shifts and fulfill job requirements until relieved by a supervisor.
Regularly lift at least 50 lbs throughout the shift and/or assist others in group lifts.
