- Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards
- Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently
- Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly
