Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Multitasking skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to operate and handle kitchen equipment.
Knowledgeable about Tacos 4 Life products.
General understanding of standard operating procedures.
Ability to remain alert and focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced.
Prolonged periods standing and working at kitchen equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
May need to work nights, weekends, holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

Follow Tacos 4 Life standard operating procedures in kitchen.
Efficiently follow a daily prep cook list provided by management.
Preparing and cooking ingredients for the line (including hot prep, cold prep, grill prep, and grill fry).
Efficiently prepare all menu items in a timely manner.
Expediting food from kitchen to FOH staff.
Maintain cleanliness by following the station checklist.
Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
Assisting with stocking food truck orders.
Must be a team player and assist when and where needed.
