About The Position

As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant, adhering to strict sanitation procedures, and supporting our servers by expediting food orders, clearing and resetting tables, and anticipating the needs of our guests. Our team is comprised of committed, caring, and energetic individuals who contribute to making every Denny's location a great and diverse place.

Requirements

• You are a team player, collaborative and attentive.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• You can lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• You can stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8 hour shift.
• You must be able to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident or holding other current and valid work permit).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and quality experience for our guests by busing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Ensure that restrooms, the restaurant's interior, exterior, and parking lot are clean.
• Help Denny's achieve our mission by adhering to Denny's Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
