We’re looking for a Back-of-House Manager who is passionate about food quality and leading a strong back-of-house team. You’ll support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient kitchen environment. Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Solid culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team dynamic.
  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards, while driving improvements in efficiency and service.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Management team to develop shift schedules, allocate tasks, and optimize kitchen workflow to support smooth operations.
  • Lead and manage the back-of-house team, including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring, while fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
  • Ensure that all food preparation meets high standards for quality and presentation, with a focus on maintaining consistency across all dishes.
  • Participate actively in kitchen activities, including coordinating food production, managing line operations, and expediting orders to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, including ordering supplies, tracking stock usage, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
