As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality and consistency our guests expect.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Ability to work both day and evening shifts.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Steve's Hot Dogs recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Assist with food prep, cooking, stocking, and cleaning throughout each shift.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop your skills.
• Help create a ROCK STAR experience for every guest.
• Support our mission of giving back through our Feed the People program.
• Take initiative, remain coachable, and look for opportunities to grow within the company.
