Levy is seeking a Back of House Catering Supervisor to directly supervise food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. This role involves training employees, planning and assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates, and addressing complaints and resolving problems. The supervisor will also advise management on purchasing requirements to minimize waste and avoid shortages, ensure proper quality and portion control using approved recipes, operate and clean equipment safely, and manage food storage and rotation to minimize spoilage. Adherence to HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality is essential. The role also includes operating food-service equipment safely, assisting with meal service, gathering customer feedback, and performing other assigned duties.
