About The Position

The Back-End Intake Representative is responsible for verifying insurance coverage and benefits with precision in a high-volume environment and performing monthly reverifications for current patients. This role requires extensive knowledge of insurance verification, identifying and troubleshooting claim rejections, and resolving issues related to insurance benefits. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

High school diploma required
2-3 years of insurance verification, patient intake, or healthcare billing experience.
Strong knowledge of insurance plans, benefits, and coverage requirements.
Proficient in healthcare systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Committed to customer service, compliance, and confidentiality.

Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
