About The Position
We have the following urgent role with our DIRECT client. Title: Back-end engineer ( App Support ). Location: Sunnyvale, CA. Duration: 6+ Months. Rate: Market. Note: Backfill opportunities. Part of the Backend Team for Catalog. This is a large team that provides App support/ Business support/ Ops Team and Ops tool.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of backend development experience
- 100% backend focused role
- Strong Java experience
- Big Data experience is a must have
- Must have Cassandra experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Scala
- Experience with Python
- ML experience
Responsibilities
- Creating APIs from scratch
- Building on top of existing APIs
- Providing App support
- Providing Business support
- Working with Ops Team and Ops tools
