Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, professional, and punctual.
Interest in community services, social work, human services, education, public health, or a related field.
Ability to assist with events, outreach activities, and general administrative tasks.
Must be able to pass any required background checks and complete onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist staff with daily program operations, administrative tasks, and community outreach efforts.
Assist with data entry, filing, answering phones, preparing program materials, maintaining participant records, supporting event planning and setup, distributing resources.
Assist with workshops and community events.
Provide general office support while helping ensure programs and services run efficiently.
