About The Position
Wright Directions Family Services (WDFS) provides community-based services for at-risk youth, including Behavioral Health Screening, Diagnostic Assessment Services, Therapy/Counseling Services, and Service Plan Development. WDFS has received accolades from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. These services are medical or remedial, recommended by a physician for maximum reduction of physical or mental disability and restoration of a beneficiary to their best possible functional level. The position involves providing behavioral modification intervention to children and adolescents with mild to severe behavioral disturbances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a program that is primarily psychological in nature (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science equivalent) from an accredited university or college

Responsibilities
- Behavioral modification intervention to children and adolescents with mild to severe behavioral disturbances.
- In-school, after-school/evening, home & community-based service interventions.
- Family Support Services designed to assist families to develop strategies for coping more effectively with problems resulting from behavioral health issues.
- Independent Living Skills - basic living, problem-solving, and social skill building.
