The Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the Program or designated department to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role involves providing administrative support to Program managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, coordinating general administrative activities, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The Administrative Assistant will also screen calls, respond to and route routine inquiries, schedule and coordinate meetings, referrals, and other group activities, and maintain calendars.
