About The Position

The role will be responsible for the oversight and expert guidance of the BaaS partners to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and BSA/AML/OFAC and fraud prevention.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in BSA/AML, compliance, fraud and/or financial crimes technology
• Ability to be customer facing
• Effectively communicate
• Manage a portfolio
• MUST LIVE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years experience with financial institution supporting third-party partner relationships
• Preference for CAMS, CAFP, CRCM or similar certification
• Knowledge of applicable compliance statues
• Ability to identify potential concerns
