About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a BA w. Capital Markets. This is a contract position with a duration of 12+ months. The role requires 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC. As a BA w. Capital Markets, you will be responsible for good communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional organization. You will have 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Requirements documentation, with 5+ years of experience working with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solutions. Experience delivering solutions for Capital Markets and working in an agile software development team is essential. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification is preferred, as is experience using Python for data analysis or modeling.

Requirements
